The best travel app ever, I love the UI

Has a good set of features with excellent UI. It will be awesome if they create a web app too. I used to use foursquare to record my trips, they screwed it up.

This app has changed the way I travel! I take a lot of pictures on my phone and don’t want to over-post to my Facebook, but also needed a way to organize and write about all the great memorable moments. One of my favorite features is, at the end of the day when I want to go through all my pictures and write about them, the app will organize it in my trip in the order that I took the photo. It’s beautifully designed and I love all the smiley-faces you can use on other friends’ moments!

This app is by far the best travel journal app out there. I tried a bunch and this one really nailed it. It is beautifully designed and really makes sharing travel memories effortless. Good gamification and privacy features. Also, finally an app where trips can be created with a travel buddy. Overall 5 stars!

Great app to track your memories from your trips

This is pretty much just what I’ve been looking for. It’s easy to use and I love that you can upload multiple images at one time. The only thing that’s missing is the ability to export your trips into a printed albums or pdf.

No offline mode. I presume putting it on airplane mode doesnt break the app is what they mean.

I cant seem to use the app when I am offline. Not quite sure how this app can be beneficial during international travel if there is no way to use it while offline. It seems like a really neat app and I love to use it, but as a smartphone user without an international data plan, Im not sure if thats possible.

I recently went to Vietnam and stumbled upon this app right before I left. I was excited to track my whereabouts and adventures along the way. While you have to wait until youre on wifi for it to load where others can see it, I absolutely loved the real time photos, gps, and comments I was able to capture. Thanks to Journi, I will now remember this trip vividly as I was able to jot down notes and photograph events as they were happening. As a result, the details and emotions captured were more poignant. I was focused on documenting the task at hand instead of getting back to the room at the end of the day and providing a broad overview of everything I did in one sitting when I was tired. There are a couple of things I would change, so I sent my suggestions to the developers who actually responded and assured me updates are coming! I will definitely use this app on all future trips. Thank you journi for the great app and your ongoing work to make it even better!

Easy to use, pleasant interface, offline queuing of photos and comments for upload once youre back in cellular/wifi range. Cant wait to document our travels next month and share with my friends! Of all the travel blog apps I tested, journi was by far the best.

I love it. I been traveling a lot and using this app daily for my travel logs.

My first time using the app, and its been great so far. My friends that are following the trip love the tumblr-like layout. I love how easy it is to select photos and add a blurb describing the moment. Will continue to use!

We are really digging this app, and wish we had it for all of our others trips. The only thing for me keeping it from 5 star is that when you add a portion to your trip, you cannot edit the timeline (crucial when you dont have your phone on you, but want to add the event later and have it in n sync with your timeline). Please, please, please make this enhancement!!!! The other thing we really like is the control over whom we share things with. Mahalo! Brad and Julie

The description states its compatible with iPhone and iPad, etc. I downloaded it on my phone and started my trip recording with my phone which is a real visually appealing, easy to use, interface. Later, I went to my iPad to continue journaling, only to find this isnt available for the iPad. Please fix this ASAP!! I downloaded to iPhone version on my oPad, but it wont let me switch to landscape mode to allow for keyboard typing. I am disappointed that I am going to have to find another app mid-journey. If this is fixed, this has the potential to be a amazing app!!

The app is just aweaome, I dont see one thing that could be improved. Its just not enough popular yet. But otherwise I dont see any other social media that could be good as this to share my trips on ! Love love love ❤️

A wonderful way to share your trip with others!

Used this app for the first time while walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain. Super easy and love the features. Wish I could upload video too.

My family is enjoying reading the journi as we travel the USA. I hope I can have it printed with photos to make an album.
